About Restorative Yoga
Yoga with your comfort and safety in mind.
Restorative Yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. No experience required.

Benefits
Stretch muscles, reduce stress and build strength.
Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints and builds strength and balance.
What to Expect
Breathwork, meditation and age-appropriate poses.
We start and end with breathing exercises and meditation. We do stand for a few poses but the chair is always available to hold onto for balance. The class is accompanied by quiet, calming music.
